Maybe you could check out the "Milestones" thread for your answers. Most people who have posted in there have said when their first TLE gig was and some have also said how old they were :)

That's ok. No need to be sorry! I just thought i'd let you know so that someone else didn't completely go off at you for starting a thread similar to another one.

A mod will probably close it.. either that or you just have to hope that no one else posts in here so that it drops to the end of the page.

I'm not going to go off at you because of the thread, but because of your spelling. How old did you say you were? 9?

I liked them but my friends that I went with didn't. You used to be able to download their new single off jjj but it has dissapeared.

We never see TLE live yet :(
September of 2001: We was 19. First time was introduced with band by "Second Solution" and "West end riot" which leader of Mad Heads turned in his author's radio -program about psychobilly.
Summer 2002: Mad Heads bought in Germany licensed RollOn and we watched video-tracks from CD - Prisoner of Society and Pictures in the Mirror. It was like first time to see them in action :)
Autumn 2004: We met Luke and he sent us a bunch of TLE official stuff. DVD from here on in was our next view on band for us.
January 2006: We got a cell phone call fom Big Day Out made by Luke and listening “Who’s Gonna Save Us” full. It was super exciting because we catch some real live energy. It was a good connection and we heared some words which Chris told before song starts.
Now we excited to hear about new DVD release!!!! Can't wait for watch it.

my brother has been 'forced' to watch said shows since he was about 3...

and has hence grown up listening to The Living End

he's only recently started tuning in to video hits and the like of his own accord - he liked all those stupid 'pop' songs that are around at the moment...

and then all of a sudden he got hold of one of my Beatles CDs and 'aloha pop'! (thank god - some of it's pure drivel)

now he's trying to scab my Living end stuff too (he's 11 now though) - i feel so proud... and hence, he shall be coming to see them live on the 12th of October!

:)

i want them to sign his birthday card!

(i'm taking him as a birthday pressent - he'll be 12 by then - hehe yay!)

do you reckon they would?

i also think he wants to ask andy about drumming 'cause he's a bit keen on the old sticks at the moment - he'd probably be too shy though...
