In the latest Rock Sound (Pommyland) On page 56, a large colour picture of Chris and two inset of Scotty and Andy wearing their favourite duds. It's a sort of advert piece where you can dress like the guys and get 10% off at www.teamhell.co.uk

It's all polo shirts will scan in a bit. I am born and bred Pommy but lived in Australia from June 14th to December 14th 2000 and went back to Sydney for a month in January 2003. While I was there I made some great mates who I am still in contact with and spent most of the evenings watching live bands on the Sydney pub scene. I was hanging around with guys from a band called Howlin' Moondoggies. While there I was introduced to the music of The Fireballs but was already a huge fan of TLE after buying the self titled in 1999 and then seeing them play at the Garage Highbury London (still one of my most cherished gigs ever) I love Australia and can't wait to get back, but time rolls on but the money doesn't roll in. Can a freelance music writer / on-course bookies frontman get a sponsorship? If so Im on the first plane. So there you have it. Me!

They had already split, but I did meet Matt Black when he played with Fez Perez. My mate and I had the video of Go Go Go on tape recorded when Area 7 did the Rage selections and played it every night before going out, as well as Frenzal Rhomb 'We're going out tonight' (funnily enough!)

Other bands we used to see were Mach Pelican and H Block 101 in the pubs, I also saw TLE at Livid (with Green Day) and at The Metro. I loved the Aussie scene the country and the Aussies. x

I was just thinking about he sevens and that tour today. It was pretty epic, second only to the show a bit earlier at the same venue - TLE, Bodyjar & Eskimo Joe! Mach Pelican are finished, they did their last batch of shows last year, which is very unfortunate as Radio Action was a great album. I feel very privledged to have been lucky enough to see H-Block 101, Mach Pelican & Area 7. Ohhh, they should get together for a tour or something, thats something I'd be interested in!
