Preferably a restaurant that has steak. and preferably you're in a position to be able to change a name of said steak on a menu board or something, even if its just for a night.

Basically want to get a steak named after jawn. Nicole, I know you work in hospitality but Im not sure if you work in a steak related job. If you, or anyone think you can help please let me know.

The chef at our restaurant is a total narc. But I have a lot of dirt on him, so maybe I can convince him.
We currently have Sirloin in the restaurant and some other cut in the bistro. Maybe we could change it to Sirloin steak served with red wine and jawn jus?
Or jawn-cut steak served with bechamel sauce, bacon and semi-dried tomato junk?

I'll ask benny and alex and see if we can't swing something.
