I want to try to explain to Chelsea in Canada what a dim sim is. Can someone help me?

Basically it is the greatest Food in the world, and quite possibly made out of Cat, but no one is certain

they only started calling them potato scallops in the warmer places, where real scallops dont live in the seas because they prefer colder waters.

well, the main ingredient is what they could probably loosely define as 'meat', and yeah, usually pork. and then they add cabbage. and some other vegetables maybe but mostly cabbbage.
then they add msg, wrap it up, and fry the fuck out of it.

Thats because you put them in the oven in a lightly greased baking tray on medium heat for 25 - 35 mins. Let it cool before icing.

Yeah, spring rolls are much better than dim sims. Although, there used to be a shop near my college that sold really nice tasting and crispy dimmies. They closed once their daughter got preggers tho. That was a sad day. They used to give the college students heaps of deals! :p

No, they are the same beer. The only difference is the label and I think Crown Lager might be filtered a tiny bit more. Most people haven't even tasted Fosters because it really is difficult to find in Australia.
