And there are two different versions of the Wireless 1998 set going around. The original is the full version (with swear words, and some other talking between tracks), and the Impossible Music Festival version, which has the JJJ positioning statements, and the banter edited out. The latter is better quality, but you miss out on some of the funnies. The Former can be easily recognised because there are some annoying beeps during Bloody Mary.

Back then they didn't have many songs to chose from so a lot of the set lists were nearly the same!
All of this has been uploaded by a few of us before over the last year or so anyway.

Well, there would be a couple they wouldn't play from the album (Closin In, Trapped without horns). Plus they'd spent years flogging the crap out of Hellbound and IFYOG, so they'd only play one or two from those (FHOI, English Army, Mispent Youth, Strange I guess). As Colezy said Tainted Love, Train Kept A Rollin, Prisoner...and that's about it. There's only so much you can do with 14-16 songs between 97-99! Is it any wonder they don't want to play POS any more :p haha

i swear at the start of roll on there is like some electric static sound that sounds like the start of the video on WOYR. and in carry me home chris goes into the intro of the actual song before they play the intro with chords. posssibly a stuff up. and also the start of second solution sound soo weird. clashing chords with bass and guitar. oh oh and in prisoner intro.. i dont get what happened but trav and scotty kept playing and chris stops with the chord. ahhaha sorry im bored and sitting at home and picking stuff out. :)

i have uploaded the reading 2001 one on 23rd precinct... its in that trade folder...
iv noticed that the channel [V] federation square show is also in that folder (its in a folder called 'TLE - fed square'

port pirie is .flac... but i can convert to any other format... but id rather keep it lossless... :D

If your bitrate is high enough then it's so not worth uploading a wav. I recorded them live off the radio and really, if your bitrate is 160 or over you can't tell the difference, especially if it's a live performance (on the radio) and not an intricately recorded orchestral piece with cymbals and piccolos and bass drums 2 metres in diameter.

ye, but as a trader, i like things kept as lossless as possible.
if it was recorded directly from the radio to wav, then ripped to flac, then even if u convert to 160kb/s it will lose a bit of quality (mightn't be noticable, but its not lossless... lol... and then if the person who has the 160kb/s audio then burns that to cd and claims its lossless... well thats just stupid... even if the very original file wasnt completely lossles... lol...)

No, that's not the problem. You have this thing at the end of a MP3, it's a very short break like 0,02 seconds or something like that. I don't know why it's there, maybe because of the IdV or something like that.
(Yeah, I really know about it - I've been trading live recordings from other bands for about seven years now.. :P)

You just make sure that you burn it without the spacing between tracks! And alot of people like me use a PC as a personal stereo system and run their personal music collection out through an amp.

By all means, take them when they're offered, we all will. But lossless audio won't be popping up very often around here, so it's not going to become the norm, by any stretch!

No, that's not the problem. You have this thing at the end of a MP3, it's a very short break like 0,02 seconds or something like that. I don't know why it's there, maybe because of the IdV or something like that.
(Yeah, I really know about it - I've been trading live recordings from other bands for about seven years now.. :P)
