No.. not if you set it up right. If you have any sort of a decent soundcard you can change the settings so that the line in does not come through the line out. I have recorded a fair few things this way..

It took them a while. But if people are still going to hand out their login/passwords to dodgy websites, then they can't do much.

When people get layouts and stuff like that, there are alot of websites that ask you to enter your details. Thats how it happens. Also those trackers don't help and playing the flash games to win ringtones and stuff don't help either.

It also pays to edit out the crap that you get with layouts and whatnot, that advertise the layout website. It's not hard to do. Even with no knowledge of HTML

As for layouts... I pretty much did it all myself. It's been the same since, though I do go in and add/take out pics on occasion. Update my Music part and add bands. Update my vid... sometimes my song too. Change the background when I feel like it. The black to green I have now makes the blue text hard to read at points in the fade
