I was looking of a pic to show my dad and thought, "Oh, Chris scratched off the Falcon and put their sticker on it, cute" Then realized after more searching that it was a sig guit! I personally like the silver on white a lot more than the gold on white. Looks much cleaner

Before the price rise in everything music i was at billy hydes and they had a G5120, 125th? anniversary edition. It had a silver pickguard too,played it and it wasnt that bad.

Are you sure. I only see sunburstG5120SB), orange(G5120), and black(G5120BK). Black is nice, but I like to see the F holes :happy:

I'm probably mistaken, but I think I remember reading a while ago that 5120s in white were not being sold in the US? Or if they were it was very rare to get them. But it seems easier to find them here, so if you could get one shipped in that's probably a good option.

From memory i think it was his other one that got trashed. Thats why we havent seen it on stage for a very long time.

Groovin in the Moo or what ever its called wasnt in Brisvegas. He used the POW im pretty sure in Brisbane!
Used the Tenny the most though!

On a side note. There is a 6126CC in Billy Hydes Brisbane. Played it for about 2 hours the other day. FUCKING AMAZING. Best Guitar i have ever played. Fast neck amazing looks everything. Retail: $7799 on sale for $7000. I offered him $6200 cash and he said no :| I dont really have $6200 hahah.

Billy Hyde's in Perth had one in stock for AGES. But I think that's gone.

Cranbourne Music often have them. Pretty cheap too...

One person mentions stripping and repainting/lacquering it. WOuld that change the sound a lot, or not much at all?

probably would a little, but it'll be a bitch to do it, especially with a set neck like a gretsch.
because you will have to paint around it
