I haven't recieved mine yet.
I would've thought that I'd get it sooner, as I live in Sydney and the JB thing's based in (I think) Richmond. :(

okay, time to complain. I tried the JB HIFI website every day and it would never load. I tried from several computers, at work and at home. Didn't make a difference, so it wasn't the browser or firewall settings. Is Europe blocked from buying/loading the page (cause I read an American was able to order it)?? In addition the TLE shop still hasn't put up the CDs and vinyl. Why? Don't TLE want to earn the money without middle-man?
In the end I ordered the single and CD/DVD from a shop called www.chaos.com about an hour ago, I still am unable to get the vinyl.

I'm pissed off. :mad: And I don't wanna read your "calm down" posts cause you'd be pissed too if you were unable to order stuff from your favorite band.

(btw, how many CD's you reckon they signed? Must've taken them a while...)

I was very happy and relieved to receive my copy today, started to get nervous, hehe. :D And I'm still waiting for the vinyl though, but that's understandable.

So i the album a couple of days ago, and as soon as i got home i ripped it and put it on my mp3 player. I listened to it all through before dinner, and half the day yesterday and several times today. I'm am absolutely very pleasantly surprised on how much i actually enjoyed it. Its all killer, and the last track is, well, somewhat unexpected. Yet to Watch the dvd, will prolly set time aside this weekend.

In conclusion, so far I love it!

How can JB Hi-Fi ship this on Thursday of last week, and it still not be here? On the other hand, The Basics shipped me the pre-order I had with them on Monday and it arrived on Wednesday, with a bonus single, promo cards, and mini-poster. It's not even officially launched 'til Saturday!

Mine was shipped on thursday. But i'm in a little situation though. See, it won't get here till prolly at least wednesday, and i start new work at a different place on tuesday. So, i won't be able to pick it up till the 7th of August. Not Happy.

Si, it's amazing, best work the boys have ever done!!!!!

It's surpassed S/T, which is a big call...

First time I haven't looked back at their back catalouge, and wished there was a little of something from somewhere back there.

They could call it a day on this album, and I'm not sure I'd care.
I'd sure miss the live shows though.... :)

The Making of White Noise part works fine, but for the concert Live at ACDC lane the audio doesn't work at all, and its not my DVD player cos it hasn't worked on a few i've tried!!!

You're in the USA, so it may not be compatible with your DVD player. I'm pretty sure that all the DVD's would have been in PAL format, not NTSC.

Mine plays fine. Only on my one player though cause i'm in the U.S., but for some reason my basement DVD player never had trouble playing different formats. :confused: Oh well, i'm happy:D

You can google search the "unlock" keys for your DVD players. Most brands and models have a series of key-presses on the remote which will unlock the region coding and NTSC/PAL locking.

I got White Noise today!

I was ecstatic until I opened it and found that it hadn't been signed. The recipt said it would be, so I'm not insane. We rang up JB and they put us through to the New Zealand branch. Not helpful.

All in all, the CD and DVD are awesome, though.

JB finally replied to my email - and sent me a signed album booklet!!
I only found out about it yesterday and I got it today. ^^
It took them a while to reply, though. But I'm happy now. :p

kick up more of a stink and make them get one off ebay or something for you. thats what we'd do (well, maybe not ebay, but certainly another store at any price) at BigW when we fucked up and a customer was unhappy.
