I've said it before, and i'll say it again. I don't have any dealings whatsoever with Telstra. They're quite possibly the worst company in Australia. They stole from my dead grandfather, and they steal from millions of their customers every day. Go on...check your bills...sometimes you'll find them skimming small amounts of money. When you multiply it by a thousand customers it adds up to lots and lots of money!
They also have absolutely no customer service, and their actual services like internet and phone lines are shonky as buggery.
