Because it works, but just slowly. Its sony and sony has to convert every single song and then copy them - and each song takes about 30 seconds and i have about 2000 of em so it takes a long time. If it was any other brand then it would be good but cos it's sonny its bad. I really dislike it a lot.

I have photography as an elective at school. This was the first set of negatives I've developed that have actually worked! Most of the pictures are of my mates and I don't think I can develop them all but the ones I do, I'll try and get them scanned.

it's such a great feeling doing all the processing yourself - and actually having them work out!

i never really paid attention when i was processing (someof my friends who were into micromanagement used to time things so that they had the chemicals in for the exact amount of seconds etc...) yet my films always used to work out!

i prefered working in the colour darkroom 'cause the chemicals in the B&W one messed with my brain and since i don't have a sense of smell i didn't realise at the time that i was being chemically intoxicated... i'd go home all psycho from the fumes...

All of our photos are black and white. I think my teacher told me that colour photos have to be developed in complete darkness..? I couldn't do that. I struggle trying to do it all as it is with the safety lights on.

The only downside to photography is taking lots of great pictures, then the film not working. Gerr, that's happened to me a few times this year.

ahhh - yes - colour processing is pretty much in complete darkness as the paper is a lot more light sensitive...

i liked going into the colour darkrooms though - you had to be in a bit of a zen state of mind but even so it was kinda relaxing and tense at the same time...

too hard to explain

mucking up films is SO bad! i've done that once or twice but it was because the camera was dodgy...

i prefer to have someone else do the processing part and i just do the prints...

hope these ones turn out really great for you to compensate for the buggered up films!

I got an x-ray on my knee today, get results Monday.
I have a physio appointment tomorrow to try and help it.

hah agreed. For me what works when I start to get crazy and worry is I just find someting to do to keep me busy either call a friend or find some work or something to do around the house. It helps me.

Winter in Alaska is really really cold you have to plug your car into an outlet to keep it warm when it's parked or it won't start!
