I bought a ticket to the Aus/England 1 day cricket on Jan 19. At least 2 months ago, probably more like 2.5, I asked my then boss if I could have that day off work. He said yes and I stood behind him and watched over his shoulder to make sure he put it in the roster. He did, I saw it with my own eyes. But it seems that since then it has magically disappeared from the roster, and now my current boss doesn't want to give me the day off because too many other people will be off that day. Those other people include her, and I know for a fact she only organised that recently. I'm so fucking angry, she doesn't even care that she's fucked up my plans, she thinks I should feel sorry for her because it's the only day she's had off in a while (she had to cancel her Christmas holidays). I didn't get any Christmas holidays either, so that sob story didn't have any effect on me. I work in a team of 3 and one of them even suggested that the other 2 could easily cover for me that day, but she still said no. I'm going to fight this one though, I'm sick of being taken advantage of and fucked over on a daily basis.

And then later that day she basically told me that I have to work next Sunday (unpaid - I don't get paid overtime) whether I'm available or not. But she tried to talk around it and get me to offer rather than her telling me to do it directly. Sneaky bitch.

I got a job interview 2moro at 2pm highpoint....im thinking about sabotageing it cause its part time and centrelink will bust my ass if i dont attend the interview. meh its called Fancy Fillings (sandwich hand) anyone got any idea how much pay you'd get an hr for that? its 20hrs a week, thurs fri and weekends
