Nah at my school if you get into their "accelerated learning program" you go straight from year 9 (where you'd do a couple of year 10 subjects) into year 11. Then after you've done year 11 you'd do a couple of year 11 subjects and a couple of year 12 subjects. Then in your final year you'd do just year 12 stuff

So my school years looked like this:
2001: 75% year 7 stuff 25% year 8 stuff
2002: 75% year 8 stuff 25% year 9 stuff
2003: 60% year 9 stuff 20% year 10 stuff 20% year 11 stuff
2004: All year 11 stuff (though you could do a yr12 subject if you wanted)
2005: Two year 11 subjects and 3 year 12 subjects
2006: Four year 12 subjects and whatya know? I'm done forever ^_^

Thanks. :) She's always in and out of hospital though. She's been in there that many times since I was born (and before) that I know my way around the whole hospital. It's not a very big hospital, but still..

No worries, although this will be a slightly long-ish post!

She has had diabetes since she was about 30 (she is now 53). So with diabetes, as I am sure you will know, you have to watch what you eat and look after your body. She doesn't though - eats too much of the wrong stuff, doesn't exercise (she can't really anwyay but thats another story) and wont listen to the doctors or my mum (who is a nurse).

Quite a few years ago (not sure how many), she tripped over at our old place and grazed and cut open the front, bottom half of her leg and it has never healed due to infection setting in and making a nice mess of it.
The curent problem is that she has a hole on the bottom of her foot about the diamter of a tennis ball. It started out as a red spot underneath her toe and the infection spread underneath her foot and then something happened at the podiastrist (sp?) and they made it worse.

She has had one toe taken off (a few weeks ago) and I really think that they will (and should) take her leg off from below the knee.

She's been in hospital for heaps of other things though - a massive tumour in her tummy (nearly died), had a shunt put in from her brain to somewhere else in her body, other infections.
Sorry if this is grossed anyone out! (and that was the nice and short, pretty non-gross version!)

I hate that they are renovating, even though it's a government owned home.
I hate that It's only 2 bedrooms, yet there is at least 8 regulas there and they are loud really loud.
I hate that even though it has been storming over the past couple of days, they are hosing down their driveway for half an hour and its going to rain for the next 3 weeks.
I hate that they are beaking the law and i have only a limited amount of things I can do to stop them.
I hate that they piss me off so much.
I love that they hate my drums and since I moved my kit to the garage, they are louder and right next to my neighbours garage where they spend all day there and it pisses them off.
I hate that playing drums is the only way they will stop drilling holes in the wall - I already have a headache from their drilling and my drums are even louder.

I hate that my electric shaver packed up yesterday...halfway through me shaving my face! And I didn't have any regular razors left, and if I used one of Carla's I probably would have been killed (not to mentioned the embarrassment).

Luckily I shave with some form of symmetry, so I went to the shops with a bizarre Sideburns-goatee mish mash happening. I may well have started a new trend.

I ACTUALLY had fun shopping with them. Twas' a surprise. We only shopped for around an hour, i didn't even buy anything, i just gave them the thumbs up and alot of "oh yeah...really?" during that whole process, so yeah. After that we (me and the 5 girls. Very pretty...... :) )wen't to starbucks and just chatted for another hour, was pretty coolies.
