Anyone know any good remedies to clear up your nose and make you stop coughing a lot when you lie down so you can spend the night sleeping instead of coughing? That would be pretty sweet.

It sounds nasty, but if you make a bowl of warm, salty water and snort it up your nose, then blow it out into a sink or toilet, it clears all the gunk out of your system. It's awkward and sounds weird, but works a treat!

WARNING: BIG FAT RANT AHEAD.

I have had the WORST day today. So many crappy things happened.

First up, I woke up 20 mins before my alarm which was set for 5.15 ready for work, this made me grumpy - only had 3 hours sleep.
Next up, I burn my toast. Not cool.
Thirdly, on the one day that my car decides to start so that I can drive to work on time, it gets broken into while I am working and is now all smashed up and worth nothing, so now I have no car. Plus, the few CDs that were in it got taken along with the CD player.
Fourth thing: While at work (without knowing about my car) my crappy day continued: dropped a big coffee urn, wacked an old lady in the head and made her cry and then later on I got told off by one of the executive managers of the whole Casino (not for hitting the lady, might I add!)

The only good thing was that I got a hug from someone special :)

That happened to my brother. He had a VK Commodore, parked it under a streetlight (it was at nighttime). A girl drove past and as she did, reached down to get somethign from her bag in the passenger footwell. Drove the car straight into his at 80km/h. Written off obviously. It was a good investment though - he spent $2000 on it total, and got about $8000 back!
