They're this dough thing with cheese in the middle [sometimes bacon and other fillings], and you boil [or fry] them. Mine tonight had cheese and we cooked them with bacon and onions, because it adds more flavour. :)

I just mushed together a whole lot of things that I had in the fridge to produce some kind of edible meal.

1. eggs
2. mushrooms
3. some tinned salmon which has been hanging out in the corner for a considerable amount on time. Still edible though, so into the frying pan it went
4 added a little bit of cream and some pesto and some cheese

= surprisingly delicious mess of food

I just made a double batch of biscuits. Half are choc chip, I ate a LOT of the mixture and what ever was left I joined together with pink and blue icing sugar. :)

I love sunny days and being semi productive. (baking, cleaning the oven, mowing and weeding, clearing away all the cobwebs outside the house, re-organising the kitchen cupboards, doing the dishes, etc)

I love our electric whipper snipper, so much nicer than our crappy petrol one that only works sometimes.

I love that it isn't as hot today as it was yesterday.

I hate that I feel like a scumbag cos of my crappy boss/job. I hate that the only job I really have a chance in getting in the paper today if for graveyard shifts...but i need the cash :(

yeah I hear ya. Its just that i have very specific requirements for the job I can do due to my health situation. It basically has to be a work from home, flexible as hours to accommodate me going in and out of hospital and fairly remedial work. I'm looking for a place that lets people do data entry or document formatting from home but alas no luck.

The good news is this health situation im in is temporary and i found many a sweet job opportunity for when im actually healthy. I just need to do something now to fill in the time. Staring at the wall gets boring and there is only a finite amount of DVDs one can watch without going insane.
