This suggests to me that they'll be touring around this time... probably when they're going to do their underage / all ages dates, methinks. Why don't they just do a single tour instead of dividing it into two legs, so to speak? I mean, it's good promotion for the album, sure - but there's the danger of burning out on tour again.

there is more danger of burn out on long tours (for any band). Shorter tours 2-4 weeks are much easier to handle
