My natural colour is dark brown so i had to sit through 4 hours worth of bleaching. It was really burning, but i thought i was just being a wimp, then my bf touched my head and burnt his hand. They rushed me over to the sink, and i heard everyone in the store gasp and i'm thinking "Oh fuck i have no hair." When they put the water on to rinse it off it turned into steam and the girl burnt her hand. She said she's gonna write to the company cause it's never happened before and i got a discount. She said to Paul "Thanks for telling us that your gf head was on fire!!!!" Cause i was too scared to say anything incase i was just being a wimp.
Ended up with a shorter haircut because of it though..

Last night I went to a party themed 'Winter Wonderland'. It made me think - last year, I was bemused by the girls that wore miniskirts and ugg boots, then complained about the cold. So last night, I wore the miniskirt, I borrowed some ugg boots. And I wore white, y'know, winter-y. I loved my makeup. Icy blue eyeshadow, silver stuff on my lips and cheeks. You can sort of see it in this picture.

We have projectors in the English classrooms at school - they're set up so all you do is plug your laptop into the wall at the front and bob's your uncle, it projects the image onto the wall - perfect for watching DVD's or showing PowerPoints in assignments :D

I am bored.

I tried on a dress yesterday for the formal, which is in about a month and a half. I don't actually like the fabric, but I do like the style of it. None of that matters now anyway cause I put a different one on lay-buy today!
The one I got today is black, knee length, can be strapless or not, has a red cardigan with it, but the kind that has 3/4 sleeves, waist length and only has two buttons and yeah.. it's hard to describe! I want to wear a white beaded necklace with it. It's sorta 50's style (the dress)

Anyway, this is the one I first mentioned about trying on yesterday. I had to take photos to show mum :)

Today, after about 20 minutes of walking in circles, we made our way to ACDC Lane. Okay.. so my Motorola File Transfer thing isn't working but I'll post up photos when it decides to work again.

Here's some photos from the place I just went on holiday - it was really really pretty! Lots of sandflies though :( Awesome jetty - almost 6km long!!
The place is called Lucinda, it's built around the sugar cane industry and in order for them to load the sugar onto the freight ships, they had to build a jetty which extended out far enough so that the ships didn't get stuck in the channel - it's pretty shallow for a lot of it - the Hinchinbrook Channel, for those of you familiar with the area.
There's a train line which runs along the jetty to transport the sugar cane - it's pretty neat!

Here's photos of the jetty itself - they're ones I had to Google because I was too sick to take proper photos of it.

What's an obschaga room?
"obschaga" from russian word "obschiy" means "common". It's a student's slang about houses where they live. We have no campus here. Obschaga it's an old house with long corridors where is rooms for three peole, 2 kitchens and toilet-rooms on the floor. There also is a table with "vahtersha" - old evil woman in the hall.

He must've been a dumbass, i could get it out without a tow truck in about 5 minutes. Just stick a couple of plates uder the back wheels up to the retaining wall and drive it out. Either that or just reverse it out and say "to hell with the front end".

I remember when i went to Sydney during December 2001, and the Blue Mountains were blazing, that was pretty badarse, whole city was in smoke, and on the way to Newcastle there were badarse flames leaping the highways.
