meh - it's ok

who do you reckon would win in a fight - "Dr McDreamy" (from Grey's anatomy) or "Dr House" (from House)

HOUSE! Because he rocks my stripey socks.

i wore one of the pieces of ceramics in this new exhibition that i set up yesterday as a hat

it was fun

i was worried that it wouldn't come off again - $780 is a bit expensive for a permanent hat

i want something interesting to happen

anyone have anything interesting happening this weekend?

*M!Going out for dinner Friday night to "celebrate" finishing Uni. I'm more excited about that because I have an excuse not to hang around Uni and get dragged to the pub.

Might be going to see Mammal at the Evelyn Saturday night. Which I'm happy about because I won't have to go to some club/bar near Chapel street with my friend from high school.

*M!

i wish i was doing something exciting...

i'm unmotivated to do anything

i only drink when i can't have who or what i want - it's annoying

george IS cool - most georges are by all accounts...

Meredith is a slapper

i like George's girlfriend!

George and Meredith both give me the shits. I like Alex and Izzy [if she stays in it that is - I know she's in at least the first episode next season, but after that, who knows]

Oh yeah, it's the greatest way to spend a Wednesday arvo. Might try to pick up some hot bogan to bring home to mum while I'm at it.

They didn't send me my forms this fortnight, bastages.

They don't send out forms now. Coz the new diaries have the tear out forms inside them.

If you haven't got a new diary and they haven't explained all that to you then.....well..that'd be pretty typical!

Last fortnight when I was there they told me about the diary, then they tried to access my records and couldn't get in because Sarina Russo was in or some crap, after half an hour of trying and me sitting there bored out of my skull they said they'd send the forms and do the diary thing next fortnight, which they didn't. They put me onto the diary thing without giving me the diary. So they tried to fix that up when I was there this arvo. I just had to sign all the agreement stuff but date it for a fortnight ago.

Caity
11-22-2006, 06:06 PM
Well, *I* like George and I hate Izzy and Alex. Izzy is so stupid. But I hate Meredith too, and George's new girlfriend is annoying. Oh and I hate McDreamy but I think the Chief and Doctor Bailey are funny.

Scrubs is way better though.

I've got some thing going where I don't even have to hand in a form, I just go to class and get my money every fortnight.
About 3 months ago they overpaid me 350 big ones. I went straight there and told them so, and they said "okay, just wait for us to send you a letter asking you to pay it all back", and I still havent heard boo from them. Jerks.
I think i'll just spend it. Then they might notice their money is gone.

Rhiannon
11-22-2006, 07:44 PM
I had that when I was on Youth Allowance. Heaps easier. I'm on a break from study now so there went that...

Jawn
11-22-2006, 09:57 PM
I spent a good two hours at Centrelink trying to get some money off the tight bastards. They won't put me on disability so I gotta get Newstart. They wont allow phone bookings, so you gotta queue up to tell them you are here for the interview. They then put you in another queue for your interview.

About 1-2 hours later, I was at my interview. Turns out I gotta wait till February to get money. I can't figure out why. She said something about because I just finished studies so I gotta wait a while, or its to do with the moula I already have.

I hate Centrelink so much.

11-23-2006, 03:06 PM
Dear M,

No doubt I will be about. (Ha, rhymage) The first session was free, the next will cost you a bottle of vanilla e-coke. It's usually two bottles, but I'll give you a discount on the basis of you being awesome. I shall book you in now.

11-23-2006, 03:15 PM

Rhiannon
11-23-2006, 03:17 PM
Dear M,

You may bring Brian along, but if Brian starts causing the usual problems Brian will be made to leave. Also, Brian will need to bring his own e-chocolate if he wishes to attend.

i have my own shed

it has all my random shit in it from when i emptied out my bedroom

i looked in one of my art boxes today 'cause i needed my caligraphy pens to do some beautiful writing on these christmas cards i am going to send to my friends

anyway... when i was looking i noticed this pen thing that i had when i was little... you could change the colours of the inks and it had batteries in it so that when you wrote the writing was all loopy... pretty much it looked like a vibrator and it acted like one but it was marked to kids as a writing implement...

i thought it was a bit sus yeah... (plus it made my hand numb if i wrote with it too much) ... anyway i found it today...

it's called a "dizzy doodler"

i practically pissed myself laughing when i read it...

i shall take a picture of it (eventually)... it's so wrong

Why don't you like Atlantis? I find it to be cheesy and corny, like a certain brand of chip. Or are you complaining about the mid-season cliffhanger? Apparently the post-cliffhanger episode has been leaked on the internet 4 months before it was due to air. Oops.

Purpose is good like that.

It was the most unhygenic 3 weeks of my life.
Was fun though.. I tend to mix better with guys than girls..

Well, I find it painfully similar to the original Stargate,
the alien chick (her name slips my mind) = Teal'c
the wraith = the goa'ld (I dunno how to spell that)
heaps more but my ind has sht down for the evening.
I've heard most of the storylines before, or can predict what's gonna happen :p

Also, since Richard left the original, it's gone downhill. I want Crichton back in farscape damnit! :P

anyway... when i was looking i noticed this pen thing that i had when i was little... you could change the colours of the inks and it had batteries in it so that when you wrote the writing was all loopy... pretty much it looked like a vibrator and it acted like one but it was marked to kids as a writing implement...

I remember that too! I'd completely forgotten about that until now. I doubt very much mine is still around somewhere, though. It probably got either thrown out or lost during one of the times we moved house.

Yeah, it's more 'gritty' than Stargate and most others. Got a much darker, desperate sort of feel to it.

There's a game currently being worked on in which you're a Viper pilot - and it's free. The demo should be out before Christmas. A Youtube video can be seen here (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=unqGrLcKUcI), and if you like it you can download a better version here (http://www.game-warden.com/bsg/Video/BSG_ScarAst.wmv). More videos are in this gallery (http://www.game-warden.com/forum/showthread.php?t=1839), which is on the developers forums so there is more info too.

a stupid joke that i found semi entertaining

just crap enough for this thread:

A teacher asked her class, "What do you want out of life?"

A little girl in the back row raised her hand and said "All I want out
of life is four little animals, just like my mom always says"

The teacher asked "Really and what four little animals would that be?"

The little girl said: "A mink on my back, a jaguar in the garage, a
tiger in the bed and a jackass to pay for it all."

The teacher fainted.

ok - not as funny now

i'm stalling - i don't want to go and take photos!

If Paul wrote the song, it would be white cause he is a girly man.

If John wrote it, it would be red.

Anyway, here's a usless story that happened on Friday.

I was expecting a bass and an amp in the mail and i made mum stay home all day so she could sign for it when they brought it here. It never arrived and this was the second time TOLL had stuffed up the delivery on the bass. I was pretty pissed off so i called and complained to the company. As i was talking to the guy he asked what i was meant to be recieving and i said a bass. He then asked what bands i was into and i played, and i said, TLE, MUSE, Green Day, etc.. Anyway, he said that he saw them at the palace. I then told him that i saw them the night before and we started talking about Chris and E-Boogie and how he used the beer bottle as the slide. It was pretty good and it cheered me up after the whole missing bass issue.

Big long story, but basically, I didn't go to a party the other week because of a few reasons which I would have thought my best friend might have been a bit concerned about. Instead, her and her new found boyfriend (both part of the reasons I didn't want to go) bitched about me behind my back at the party and neither have talked to me since, until today when the boyfriend started having a go at me because I didn't want to go to another party tonight because I have to work at 8am tomorrow morning and I need to catch up on sleep.
