Unofficially, TLE are cool for all live songs to be out there, but naturally, NO NEW UNRELEASED SONGS are to shared.

So if it's not available to be legally purchased on a CD or through Itunes/msn music/bigpond music or available on the front page of http://www.thelivingend.com or through their official myspace profile: http://www.myspace.com/thelivingend then IT IS NOT to be shared at all.

So that means if for example The Living End perform a new track on the radio live to air, or the radio station plays a new unreleased track, then you are not to share it at all. This includes via this forum (Private Messaging or through posting in a thread).

'B Sides' are not to be shared as they are still available for purchase through the online store, record stores etc.

Sharing of new release material and b-sides and unreleased material is not on here at the forums, and may result in a warning or banning given to you via our moderators/administrative peoples.

Amateur still photography is allowed at The Living End shows. You will not, however, be allowed to use any professional quality cameras (detachable lens, detachable flashes, tripods etc) without prior consent from the band's publicist and appropriate photo pass for that show. Only personal cameras will be allowed into the show.

Video clips for the singles cannot be uploaded to the internet. As these are available on DVD (see From Here On It and Live at Festival Hall)

Thank You.

SELLING TICKETS

There are a couple of rules about the selling of tickets to The Living End's gigs we would like you to know.

They are as follows:

If you are planning to sell your TLE tickets for some unknown reason (can't get time off, circumstances change), you are quite welcome to do so on the board, under the GIG section of the forum.

Though, please take note, when listing your ticket(s) that you have for sale, could you please:

1. Not make the price anymore than $10 above the original RRP. (that includes postage if need be)
2. You must state the price within your listing. None of this PM for a price rubbish.
3. You must clearly state Where your from, what gig your ticket is for, if the gig is over 18's only, how we can contact you (email, PM, instant message) and most importantly, the price.

If you don't abide by these rules, you will be warned.

Scalping sucks.

No doubt these (or something better) will be posted in the gigs thread. These rules will not only be for concert tickets for The Living End, but for any gigs by any bands.

Thankyou for your co-operation.

MYSPACE RULES

Ok, so some of you might have seen the myspace page tlemoresongs that was originally the official site by TLE. It got taken down by myspace for some reason.

Anyways, this is to tell you that you CAN NOT make your own tlemoresongs2 or whatever spaces and upload TLE's music.

If you would like a TLE Song on your profile, check out the following links:

http://www.myspace.com/thelivingend
http://www.myspace.com/adelinerecords
http://www.myspace.com/adelinearmy
http://www.myspace.com/crucialmusicmgt

There are plenty of songs on those myspaces to choose from. :)

If you can't figure out if a Myspace is legit or not, these are the only official myspace's of the band:

http://www.myspace.com/thelivingend
http://www.myspace.com/adelinerecords
http://www.myspace.com/adelinearmy
