eg you know youre addicted to TLE when family/freinds are sick of it

You know you're addicted to TLE when ...
... your mum emails you in the middle of the day to tell you when TLE are on ...
... your mum emails you when you're across the other side of the world to tell you about TLE being interviewed on the local radio station ...
(okay that's sounding like my mum is obsessed - also true)
... (speaking for a few people here) you fly to another city / state / country to see the boys play ...
... your friends roll their eyes when you ask if you can put TLE on the CD player / iPod ...
... your friends and family are trained to tell you when they see something relating to TLE ...
... more to come!

When people at your work sing White Noise/other TLE song just cos they know it'll make you smile.
When you have a whole shelf/box/room dedicated to the band.
When you somehow manage to relate a normal, non-music or band related conversation to TLE or at least throw the band name into the sentence and still manage to make a valid point.
I think of more later.

dude, you have no idea how much my friends would laugh if you told them to buy the album.
They don't have any respect for any musician.
But if you chuck tle songs in the mix of a burnt cd, they ask "Who sings this song? I like it!"
And that makes me feel like I've accomplished something.

But if they like the song, thats going somewhere.
I made a burnt CD for work, and I chucked in Waiting For The Silence on it, a Co Worker took that CD and put the song on his iPod. He's like "Whats that Living End song on your CD? I like it!".

-The mp3 you won because of TLE makes up 1/4th of its space with songs and videos from one band
-You're bothered enough to listen to the radio for 4 hours straight to win tickets
-You force a friend to pay $65 for an unsigned wall poster and swap it with a signed A2 poster by an American band
-You shamlessly admit on TV that you want one of their babies
-You're willing to save up $130 to buy a polo just because Chris wore one (I fail big time on this one, and someone better know what I'm talking about)

It wasn't too bad, ay? TLE were on once some of the sting had gone out of the sun, and the shadow from the grandstand was over by 1/2 way through the set. Plus i got barrelled with water every two seconds.
Anyway, my sacrifice beats everyone else now, the drive down for BDO it was 46 degrees, got stuck behind a truck one hour into the 4 hour drive and boiled my poor car. The rest of the trip was without air conditioning, and at 80-90km/h in order to keep the revs low enough that it wouldn't overheat til the next town. It took 7 hours to make the trip on this occasion, i lost 3 kilos due to sweating it out in the car *(which was up around 60 degrees inside), and i felt crook for the rest of the night while i tried to rehydrate...then of course i got up the next day to go to BDO. I'm still not too flash!

Year 12 drama, we had to write & perform our own 20 min production. I can't remember the criteria, but mine was along the lines of someone who'd committed a crime & was on the run - pretty standard and close to the lyrics, but it was fun nonetheless.

Also about youngest ukrainian TLE fan here. It's a Danny - 4 years old son of Vadim Krasnooky - ukrainian billy band Mad Heads and punk-ska folk band Mad Heads XL frontman. His son listened alot of rockabilly, punk, ska bands at home but last thing about him was put us in transe! He's became a fan of White Noise, ask his father burn a copy for him, watching live at AC/DC lane video and then put his finger on Chris and say: "That's me" and then to other guys: "That's my band". Then he start to pretending that hi's from Australia. So his father interested him in AC/DC only througt telling him that this Aussie band too. What would be next?
