Yup, New Frontier's RIDICULOUSLY good. Its one of my favourites in the same vein as Roll On, soooo many rippin' parts!! I was just thinking the other day how much of a tragedy it is they didn't include it on White Noise. WHY NOT??? It fits with the album so superbly!!
And agreed with Live to Love as well. Unbelievable song. Never fails to move me and THAT is a real rarity in a song...

does anyone know if Scotts bass is reinforced in any way?
i was playing with a friend of mine the other day, and i thought itd be a fun idea to jump up on their new bass half way through a song (guess the influence there :rolleyes:)
as soon as i got on there, there was this creaking sound as if it was about to break (loud enough to be heard whilst playing), so i jumped off and didnt try that again.

so yea, is scotts bass reinforced? its probably made of stronger, more reliable wood if it isnt which would probably explain alot.
is it a wise idea to climb on it again? its pretty fun playing up there haha.

Yup. It's reinforced. How I'm not quite sure, but I do know Chris did put his foot straight through it one gig.

On his old basses there was some kind of light-weight supports put in the body to help it stand up to a TLE gig. Not sure what or how that was carried out, or how they got around any acoustic issues.

Of course the King double basses are built for the purpose of high-octane rock and roll.

This could be a dumbass question no idea.

So my self titled cd got stolen 3 times, and while i had the original artwork version originally, was stuck with reprint, til in 08, Paul tracked down one with original artwork.
Just lent it to my dad because he wanted to upload it to his itunes, and he asked "Is the secret track Strange good?"

So i've owned that cd for over a decade, and never noticed it has the secret track Strange on it.

What release/version is this?
I'm sure it's common knowledge and i feel stupid right now.

I have a feeling it's the US version of self-titled, which I think has a studio version of Strange in place of Sleep On It. Don't hold me to that though :)
