Off topic, I know :p

What about your craptastic version of She's Calling Out you showed me a while back?

I've got me playing Prisoner of Society and Waiting For The Silence on drums, I didn't bother to learn the latter for too long, but I'm still trying. They are on my Facebook, but there's a reason why they are on facebook and not youtube.....I don't know if they are good.

They aren't as bad as my Guitaring a while back, I drum much better than I guitar, playing the video games inspired me to take up the real thing, because frankly, I find it so much more fun. I'm still deciding whether or not I should post it here, I don't think I have anyone here on Facebook.

I play drums and I'd like to think I can play a lot of TLE songs well, with a few exceptions (Blood On Your Hands (lots of little things), Closing In (due to lack of listens)) but I've never bothered to film any.

Probably, but not everyone looks in there. I think there may already be one in there somewhere...

The intro to blood on your hands=best TLE drum PART ever. It's like Trav's own little jazzy mini-solo!! Definitely could be tricky for a drummer trying to cover it to get all the little intricacies.

The "drum break" towards the end of Don't Shut The Gate always pissed me off though, it's like they're giving him a blatant opportunity to go nuts (all the instruments repeatedly drop out except for drums) but all he does is bang straight notes on the snare....lame!

Back on topic, my band in high school did a cover of "Roll On" at our Battle Of The Bands...we actually had it reherased quite tightly, unfortunately before the show we had each drank 10 cups of coffee so it was played at 80 million miles an hour, which kinda made it crappy. I have a recording I could post if anybodys interested....

How would I go about posting an Mp3?? Believe it or not I'm actually pretty well versed in internet-downloadery, but I've never actually..uploaded something in this fashion. Haha. I guess I'd have to upload it to rapidshare or something along those lines?? Or I guess I could do a youtube video even though it's just audio?? What's the best way?? I don't want to make people have to go out of their way to hear my crappy cover

Fast and easy, but your files will be deleted if your last download was more than 3 months old.

I can't seem to play most songs by TLE, Although i would say i can hold my own playing guitar ( Like i can play most fast metal shit like Metallicas Battery ) but all the TLE songs are to complicated in how he plays through chords and stuff.

Its a pretty simple thing but i self taught myself so i only learn what i need to learn at that time ( Which never really involved them )

Yeah, the Chords in most TLE songs are hard to hold, especially with Chubby fingers like myself. That's why I'm playing drums, so much more fun.
