oooh... hard one. I'll have to think about it for a long time. Whatever I choose it will have to be sufficiently different to the types of tunes that they usually play so that they will tweak it and make it their own in some way.

Ever since someone mentioned it, I have been intrigued to hear their cover of Amy Winehouse's Back to Black. That's not my choice... I just think it would have been interesting to hear.

It used to be sweet when beethoven was their walk on music on the SOE tours.. That was pretty darn cool.. Covers wise.. I know lots of people have done it recently.. But a midnight oil cover would be pretty rockin.. Or BTO playin Takin' Care of Business.. I can see room for a huge CC solo in that!

what music played at the start of the riase the alarm tour? i cant remember it exact, but it was good, it was about 3 seconds of music, then they kicked right into raise the alarm.

The name of this thread is rather strange... Anyway i'd like to see them cover some foo fighters, that would be interesting.

I'd love to hear them do a version of another classic aus rock song... something by the Hunters and Collectors maybe

haha yes, a bit of a failure there....

I'd love to see them cover some really old blues, maybe some Robert Johnson, Blind Lemon Jefferson, or maybe some Johnny Cash?
