Anyone been to see this circus so far?

Is it good? From the previews and stuff they've shown on the news it looks alright. I'm thinking of going to the Sunday 6th June show in Melbourne. Should be good

For those that don't know what the Nitro Circus is:

Presented by: Red Bull

The Nitro Circus Live show is making its worldwide debut in Australia this year, and will be the most spectacular live action sports show ever produced.

Starring the world's greatest action sports star, Travis Pastrana, winner of 14 X Games medals, Nitro Circus Live will be a 2.5 hour, fully choreographed, action sports, theatrical spectacular.

Joining Pastrana will be X Games gold medallists in freestyle motocross – Blake ‘Bilko’ Williams, Skate – Jake Brown and BMX – Chad Kagy, as well as the Nitro Circus crew plus many more action sports stars.

A never been seen before 50FT High Nitro Gigant-a-Ramp has been built in the USA and will be shipped to Australia for the tour. Right now in California the Nitro stars are testing contraptions and stunts on this ramp, getting ready to let it loose on Aussie fans this May/June.

Expect the best FMX stunts including tricks never seen before, super slick choreographed riding and death-defying, weird and wonderful stunts, as only the Nitro Crew know how.

Be prepared to yell, scream, be shocked and stunned and laugh till it hurts from start to finish.

So I ended up getting VIP tickets to the Sunday show. Missed out on the VIP function because we were running hella late. But made it just in time for the start of the show.

Some great stunts were on show. Cam Sinclair (from Melbourne) completed a double backflip on his dirt bike. Jolene Van Vugt showed us she could backflip her Dirt Bike too. She holds numerous records for being the first Female to double backflip a full sized dirt bike

A dude in a wheelchair (forget his name) did a few jumps in his customized wheelchair. He attempted a double backflip twice, but stacked it on landing, but he gave it a good shot.

For the finale, everyone came out and they all jumped one after the other. And the music played for the finale, was TLE - Carry Me Home and right at the end when they were doing burnouts / dancing etc a bunch of them were playing air guitar along with the song.

Highlights:

Esky jump, BoogieBoard jump, Double Backlip - Cam Sinclair.
