No amount of TLE live apperances could get me to watch the fucking AFL Footy Show....shit sport and an even worst show. Trevor Marmalade hasn't been funny since 1995!

I hope its the NRL one cos I actually like it as I'm a RL man (most people I talk to in Melbourne actually prefer it to the gAyFL one even if they don't watch the game) and I think the boys'd be keen to get back on seein' as the last time (2003 GF show) Paul Vautin called them the "best band in the history of Australian bands" or somethin similar. Its just a pity they were on a stage ABOVe the panel and whenever there was a long shot all you could see was the machine head on scott's bass bopping up, down and around.

In fact, it might be around the time of Great Escape....

I don't give a crap what America or England or Nambibia think of afl. It's Australia's most popular sport whether you want to believe that or not. Soccer has only just come through with a decent league and there's no reason to say that it won't eventually turn into a flop. Cricket is popular, but only at a national level. Australias best boxer is a tool, I don't wan't to support him and most Australians agree.

There was something special about getting those emails...knowing that they only went to certain people...real fans who have taken the time to check out the website/forums and sign up for the list.

The sound when the boys do tv appearances is never any good. I think it's just because it's a footy show, or when they do Rove, a talk show, not a live music show. Therefore, they wouldn't be putting it loads of effort to the sound, which they really should be.
